Rom&nd Lip Matte Pencil
2-in-1 lip pencil with an ideal thickness and a finger brush for natural blending. Its smooth, non-sticky application and smudge-proof texture allow you to easily and naturally enhance the shape of your lips. The pencil can be used to line the contours of your lips or to fill them in, offering a wide range of colors suitable for any undertone.
